• The client is planning the general renovation of the indoor swimming pool in Greven. The aim of the project is to implement the necessary renovation measures to maintain the substance of the indoor swimming pool while optimizing its energy efficiency. The work shouldn't be carried out during ongoing operation. In this context, the client awards trade VE 01 - pollutant remediation, dismantling and dismantling work. General renovation of Greven indoor swimming pool | Remediation of pollutants, dismantling and dismantling work The The client plans to renovate the indoor swimming pool in Greven. The indoor swimming pool in Greven, built in 1975, was made of reinforced concrete skeleton construction with in-situ concrete and extends over two floors: the basement and ground floor. The indoor swimming pool will be visited by an average of 85,000 bathers per year. The ground floor houses the four swimming pools, a fitness studio and changing rooms as well as laundry and social rooms. The swimmers/vario pool is located in the southern part of the indoor pool Lifting floor and 65 m long water slide as well as a diving pool with 1, 3 and 5 meter towers. There is also a non-swimmer pool and a children's pool with a lifting floor. The total water area is 574.3 m². The aim of the project is the implementation of the Renovation measures required to maintain the substance of the indoor swimming pool while optimizing its energy efficiency.
