- Property planning for buildings and interiors and property planning for outdoor areas The large district town of Donauwörth is planning the general renovation of the invalid barracks (Pflegstrasse 24). The elongated two-story building with a gable roof with tail gables and facing the courtyard A continuous, partially boarded-up arbor was built in 1715/16 as barracks for 400 men. From 1803 the barracks was used as an invalids' house and from 1805 as a hospital. Today is the Invalidenkaserne, a residential building with 18 residential units and the clubhouse of the Donauwörth Soldiers and Comradeship Association. The invalid barracks is an individual monument (file number D-7-79-131-51) and is to be fundamentally renovated. Exclusive residential use is planned for the property in the future. The total costs (KG 200-600) are provisionally assumed to be EUR 6.0 million gross. Possible funding programs should be examined and developed as part of the planning. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Appendix 01. The subject of the proceedings is this Joint commissioning of the architectural services for the property planning of buildings and interiors and property planning of outdoor areas: Two separate contracts are concluded for the service areas.
