Description:
The Muelheim-Karlich school center sports hall is to be completely renovated. It is a three-field sports hall, built in 1976 using a skeleton or solid construction. Since 2001, seven partial renovations have been carried out in key areas such as roofing, sprung floors and insulation in part of the building Exterior walls or heating and ventilation. Overall, there is a renovation backlog in the building that can only be eliminated through an overall concept. Details of the inventory and the planning task result from the basic expert assessment, which is part of the tender documents. Room ventilation (ventilation system) and the existing equipment must be checked and adapted to the planning. The TGA must be examined and, if necessary, revised in terms of energy and technology in order to meet future legal requirements, in particular heating using essentially renewable energy sources to enable.
