Description:
The city of Muelheim-Karlich is the owner of the Rhinelandhalle. This hall is a two-storey sports and multi-purpose hall, partially basement, with a hall size of approx. 45 x 24 m and a stage of 14 x 8 m. The hall part can be separated into 2 parts by means of a separation curtain.Including the extensions, the outer dimensions are approx. 86 x 36 m. Depending on the seating, the hall offers space for 800 to 1,000 people. In addition to technology and storage rooms, there are also two bowling alleys in the basement. The hall is to be classified as a sports and meeting place. TheRhinelandhalle was built in massive construction in 1979 and is in a state of maintenance that is appropriate for use and age. The building technology is in need of renovation, especially with regard to the electrical and heating, ventilation and sanitary installations. For the implementation of theRequirements for thermal insulation, fire protection, accessibility and the accident fund are available and statements that must be taken into account in the general renovation.
