Description:
The subject of the tender is the planning, implementation, validation, commissioning and operation of a scalable, secure and interoperable genome database for neurodegenerative diseases including the associated data processing, Sequencing and delivery services for up to 25,000 human genomes generated using long-read sequencing. The service also includes the infrastructure and consumables for the processing and preparation of the DNA, the production of the DNA libraries, long-read sequencing, quality assurance, bioinformatic processing, storage, analysis and controlled provision of the resulting data as well as documentation and support services. The plan is like this to ensure that it can be used for research and development and that high requirements for data protection, information security, pseudonymization, traceability and controlled access procedures are met.
