- The State Office for Agriculture and the Environment in Middle Mecklenburg will be flushing the soil from around October 16, 2023 to approximately December 31, 2023. It is planned to flush up a total of approx. 711,400 m³ of sand in the area of the outer coast of Prerow and Zingst. The sand removal is aus of the commercial deposit Plantagenetgrund NW, sub-area 1. On board up to two ships, there should be geological construction supervision with 2 people per ship 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
