- Ulm, Oberer Eselsberg 40, Bundeswehr Hospital, renovation part: Lowbau North/East, Geotechnical Accompaniment and Environmental Technical Floor Execision With Creation Userative/Disposal Concept including waste recycling concept, as part of the overall renovation of the Bundeswehr Hospital in Ulm The demolition and new construction as well as expansion of the North-East flat building. The construction measure takes place in 2 construction phases. In the 1st phase of construction, the extension south-east and further south are an interim building. After commissioning the building parts, the demolition of the existing is carried out in a 2nd construction phase Flat building North-East and the new building. The building parts of the low building are essentially 4 under the grounds. As a preliminary measure, the large -scale production of a flat construction site cleaning area is made. Part of the 1st construction phase is also the construction of a new staff and administrative building in North-west of the property.
