• Description:
• As part of a renovation, the building ensemble "yellow house" is equipped with geothermal probes and a heat pump for heating and cooling. For this purpose, a total of 18 bores are sunk and expanded as a geothermal probe. On the object was first a Pilot hole with a depth of 150 m and expanded as a geothermal probe. Geothermal test work was carried out on this. Based on the results of the test work, 17 more bores of 150 m are to be set. The pilot bore is integrated into the probe field. The Tying work takes place after the drilling work. The drilling process selected by the bidder must be selected according to the geological conditions (see system for pilot bore). Deviations from the geological conditions shown must be taken into account in the price. The accessibility of the drilling points on the area is made on site. The construction current and construction water supply takes place on site. The contractor is measured by the drilling point. The corresponding application for water law approval is currently being processed and is submitted. The side provisions contained therein must be observed. The required introductory permit must be provided by the contractor before the start of the drilling.
