Description: Services for a cooperation project to intensify the political dialogue "German-Brazilian Agricultural Policy Dialogue (APD)" between the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) and the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (MAPA) are tendered.
The thematic focal points of the cooperation include the topics of sustainable agricultural value chains, agricultural finance and bioeconomy.
Initially, a 14-month preliminary phase is commissioned, which aims to establish the organizational and control unit of the APD, to develop a common working structure, and to develop and design the thematic areas for the implementation of an APD.
If the partners agree on this, a 22-month implementation phase should follow.
