1. Information about the construction project - General description: The Paul Loebe House in Berlin Government quarter was built between 1994 and 2021 and serves as the office and committee building of the German Bundestag. The owner of the copyright for the lighting design in the PLH (Paul-Loebe-Haus) is, on the one hand, Mr. Braunfels (Braunfels Architects) and, on the other hand, Mr. Prof. Schulz (Bureau Licht Kunst Licht). At the It should be noted that converting the lights to LEDs may require coordination with the author. The overall character of the lighting planning and the special lights should be retained. In the Paul-Loebe-Haus, the existing lighting in various areas should be improved based on the specifications of the RoHS directive and the directive "Energetic exemplary function of federal buildings" will be converted to modern and energy-efficient LED technology. The measure affects, among other things, the hall roof (832 LF luminaires + 416 HIT spotlights), facades (168 LF luminaires), coves (1,900 LF luminaires), Mirror wall lights (150 LF lights + 500 downlights) as well as office and seminar rooms 2200 LF lights). The conversion takes place during ongoing operation in the form of a 1:1 replacement of the existing lights with new LED lights. The luminaire positions and connection points are retained.
