- A specialist dialogue on innovative, resource-saving and climate-friendly measures in the agricultural sector will be initiated, with the focus on soil as a resource. The specialist dialogue should contribute to the further development of agroecological and climate-resilient production systems and the necessary Rcreate framework conditions. Political partners are the BMEL and the Uruguayan Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries (MGAP). The operative project partners in URY are the MGAP and the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INIA).
In result 1 the cooperation in the areaof the soil microbiome between the Julius Kuehn Institute and INIA. The soil micron is to be developed in a targeted manner in order to support resource-efficient and climate-adapted plant production systems and thus contribute to sustainable land use. JKI is a professional implementering partner and therefore E1 is not part of the public tender. However, the implementing organization must ensure communication with INIA and JKI, the inclusion of the work results from E1 in the overall project and the monitoring of the implementation.
