Description:
1. The window cleaning includes cleaning (removal of dirt such as dust, insects, bird droppings, fingerprints, adhesive residues) of the glass, the frame and, if necessary, the window sills from the inside and outside. In the list of services of the houses, only one view area is given in usually the outdoor area. 2. On house 2 and 3, outer vibrations with electric drive are partially mounted as sun protection. The slats and frames of the venetian blinds must also be cleaned. A fixed sun protection is partly installed on the south side of house 4, which is also to be cleaned. The area information is listed in the list of services for the respective houses. 3. Machines, devices, care and cleaning agents must be placed by the contractor and continued after completing work. The client provides lockable rooms. The client assumes no liability for damage and losses brought in by the contractor or his workers. The client provides electricity and water for cleaning and care, the contractor has to ensure economical consumption. 4.The used Cleaning agents and the cleaning techniques used must correspond to the latest level in terms of environmental compatibility and disposal option.
