Description:
A framework agreement is advertised for cleaning the outside and internal glass surfaces in the DAAD-owned and rented properties in Bonn. At the moment there are four office buildings in Kennedyallee in Bonn, with a building not completely rented by this is.
Cleaning takes place once per half of the year, with various glass surfaces to be cleaned twice a year, others once a year and others only if necessary and on a separate requirement of the client.
A minimum guarantee for the scope of the services commissioned cannot be total contract term.
The client also reserves the right to do the contractor with the glass cleaning of further, in the future to instruct rooms / buildings at the same location. The conditions of this framework agreement also apply to this too accordingly.
