Description:
The renovation work is as follows: Dismantling: In preparation for dismantling, a door opening in the hall must be enlarged in order to dispose of waste material from the hall. The skylights must be glazed and the ceiling installations Protect ventilation system. The telescopic stand and the entire sports hall floor will then be dismantled and disposed of. The base plate, which is approximately 20cm thick, must then be removed and the stockpile material filled up to the foundation base to excavate. Depending on the depth of the excavation work, the strip foundations may need to be underpinned. Reconstruction: A compactable filling soil must be installed and compacted in layers in the area. This layer is about 30 cm Install a thick layer of gravel. The new floor slab must then be created. A flat seal must be applied to the base plate. There will be a new, surface-elastic sports hall floor with a linoleum covering and lining constructed. The floor slab must be insulated accordingly according to the current GEG. Due to the renovation of the hall floor, the following additional measures are necessary: - replacement of the equipment room doors - new construction of the stands - new construction of the impact walls - installation of sports equipment (e.g. goals, ground sockets / impact walls for roller hockey, etc.) Architectural services for buildings (CPV code: 71221000) Glückauf sports hall (renovation of hall floor), property planning building
