Description:
The subject of the procedure is planning services for object planning buildings according to §34 HOAI, service phases 1 to 9 HOAI (basic services and special services). The state of Saxony-Anhalt plans to renovate the north and east wings of the Dessau-Rosslau district court with approx. 60 jobs. The buildingwas built between 1916 and 1924 and is listed. To cover the increased space requirement, a maximum of three variants with a cultivation or further expansion of the attic must be developed, taking into account the monument status. The existing reinforced concrete rib ceilings mustbe static. The renewal of all technical systems is also planned, taking into account the standards of the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The measure is to be carried out in a section with maintaining the service company. An alternative property for approx. 20 jobs isavailable.
