- General planning of a property to accommodate defusing agents from the Federal Police (BPol) at Hamburg Airport
Hamburg Airport wants to build a new property for use by the Federal Police, which can consist of one or more parts of a building. For use are in the form of room booksSpecial requirements have been defined by the Federal Police. These are the following usage units:
• Office space, 920 sqm.
• Vehicle storage hall with workshop rooms, 550 sqm.
• Two storage buildings, each 110 sqm, total area 220 sqm.
A room book is available for the office building. For dFunctional floor plans are available for the vehicle parking hall and the two storage buildings. These documents must be checked and adjusted. Requirements for the building, the uses and the relationships must be queried in terms of planning, i.e. developed with the FHG and the Federal Police. The Stanthere is fixed and is located in the security area of the airport. There is a height limit at the designated location. Depending on the location, one or two floors can be built. Parts of buildings and superstructures must not penetrate the obstacle-free areas. In the area there are innerhalb of the designated location there are no restrictions.
The usage units should be optimally linked to one another. Easy access during maintenance work to the technical systems and to the roofs must be taken into account in the planning, as well as effective structural protection against pigeons.... - Documents:
