Description:
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). ----------------- The primary school Curslack-Neuengamme, Gramkowweg 5, is to be expanded to include 3.5 addiction. To implement the necessary classes, a 2-storey class house (Hamburg's class house) be built. In the extension, 4 classrooms with connected differentiation rooms are to be created. Further open differentiation areas in space niches are demonstrated on the development areas in between. For the roof and the floor ceiling are solid wood elements (Board stacking ceilings), however, intended according to statics. In accordance with the floor report available, a panel foundation made of reinforced concrete in WU quality is planned.
