Description:
The planned construction measure is the conversion of the former reception building, Gransee train station to a youth leisure center at Bahnhofstrasse 3 in 16775 Gransee. The property and the structural system are owned by the city of Gransee. A release of rail operating purposes The EBA has taken place. The construction work was started in 2022. In the meantime there has been an interruption in the execution. The civil engineering work for sealing on the building is currently being carried out. The completion of the entire construction measure is according to the current construction period for approx. 03/2026. A visit to the property on site and before the offer is recommended.
