The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for the maintenance of green plants indoors. The AN assumes the maintenance, service and necessary replacement benefits in the entire contractual existence of the natural plants in hydroculture or earth plantings, which are located in soil vessels on rolls and in the plant shells.
The care and services must be carried out in the 4-week nursing corner of the AN of the AN according to the FLL guideline for the planning, execution and maintenance of interior greening. The AN takes over the following maintenance measures:
- Filling if necessary renewal of the water
- Checking the functionality of the water level indicator
- Exchange of defective water level
- required plant cut, possibly correction of plant growth
- Removal of brown leaves, dead/ sick plant parts and cleaning of the plants (leaf care)
- Treatment of plants with a leaf gloss in the first care every quarter
- Turning the planters to prevent one -sided plant growth
