Planning service
Gross-Gerau district, planning performance for lighting exchange on 17 objects in the Gross-Gerau district
Planning the renovation of inventory lighting - switch to LED technology and modernization of the control systems
The subject of the order is the provision of the following planning and Consulting services as part of the renovation and energetic optimization of the existing lighting systems:
1. Implementation of the service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 in accordance with HOAI part 3, Section 4 - §55 Technical Equipment, not to perform 4.
2. Implementation of an inventory of the existing lighting systems and their control systems
- intake of the existing lights, their positioning, type and condition
- Entension of existing control and regulatory facilities
- Documentation of the results as the basis for planning
3. Creation of standard -friendly Light calculations
- Dimensioning and design of the new LED lighting systems in accordance with the applicable technical rules (including DIN EN 12464)
- Calculation of energy saving and economy
- Support for the selection of suitable lamps and control technology
4. Support at the application for funding
- Entering and preparing the relevant planning and calculation data in the online portal of the BMWK (formerly BMU)
- Creation of the necessary evidence, plausibility tests and work on the application
