Description:
The School Building Initiative (SBI) of the Gross-Gerau district is currently located in sub-project 3 of phase A for the "development of serial and modular construction" for 3, 4 and 6-day, including all-day schools. As part of the sub-project 3, the four schools are • elementary school Mayor-Klingler-Schule(BKS) • Elementary school Albert-Schweitzer School (ASS) • Elementary school in Erfelden • Elementary school Dornheim are expanded and restructured. The Gross-Gerau district needs general planner services for the planning and development of a serial and functional modular construction of the supplementary structures forThe prescribed four schools on various existing properties, which can later also be adapted to other projects. The functional modules are to be planned in such a way that they can be built by the later commissioned construction company with a high degree of prefabrication.
