GRS Lollar - replacement new building for OFRA Pavilion with cafeteria and childcare rooms - window and sun protection work Buildings 2
2 replacement new buildings at the "Bunte School" elementary school are planned, Schur 2-4, 35457 Lollar
The advertised service concerns the building 2.
The school building is 2-storey without basement and includes the
Class area with toilet facilities and technology rooms.
The base area is rectangular With side lengths of approx. 36 x 22m.
Toilet rooms, Technology- And traffic areas and an elevator complement the room program in the two floors.
The building is created in hybrid construction, supporting structure such as foundation, supports, ceilings and load -bearing walls are created in reinforced concrete, the outer facade is presented as a wooden frame construction.
The Procurement measure includes window and sun protection work:
-approx. 190 m2 wood-aluminum windows in the passive house standard
- Main and ancillary entrance door with side parts and skylights made of aluminum construction in the Passive House Drad
