- The building is heated and cooled by a heat pump 125kW, which obtains its energy from a field of earth and heat exchangers. A underfloor heating of 2,200m2 distributes the heat in the building and enables both heating and cooling. The switch between the operating modes is in theTechnology center. The system comprises three networks: water/glycol, heating network and cold network that are separated by heat exchangers. The building is of course ventilated, with air/water heat exchangers in the stairwells ensure the conditioning of the supply air and fortified air. The heat exchangers canDepending on the season and requires the heat pump, take on different functions.

The heating and cooling of the building takes place via a heat pump, which obtains its heat sources from a field of earth and heat exchangers. It becomes a heat pump without switching (notReversible). A heat pump is used in which the warm and cold side is used for the building. The heat generated is released to the building via underfloor heating. This underfloor heating enables at the same time heating and cooling in the building.
