Description:
The building uses an innovative, natural ventilation concept with an air volume flow of approx. 10,000 m³/h - without active fans. The fresh and advanced air is led via two staircase towers with integrated air/water heat exchangers. In the south tower, the supply air is conditioned (Heating/cooling with heat recovery), treated in the north tower. Blind flaps enable flexible, sky -dependent control of the air quantities and adapt to wind conditions dynamically. The flaps are controlled via the building management technology with 0 (2) -10 V and mounted on a steel structure. A weather protection grille with insect protection protects the flaps from external influences.
