Description:
The construction project is to be planned and implemented in a construction phase. The primary school is to be divided into three areas. 1. Demolition structure, approx. 570m2 GBGf. 2. Core renovation and energetic renovation of the old and middle construction, which were classified as fundamentally preserved by the client. BGF approx. 1,390m2. The aim is to get the two existing buildings, older, as far as possible. If there are more economic alternatives within the framework of the fundamental existence, these must be shown to the client. 3. New building to fulfill the space program as Including all -day school with approx. 1,670m2 BGF.
