-Duiting of simple turnouts in the train stations for expansion for complete transitional possibility.
-Privable maintenance measures or replacement investments on existing engineering structures and throughlets
-Peaventive maintenance measures or replacement investments on the existing overhead line system and 50 Hz systems (switch heating systems)
-Equipment the route with ESTW technology (DSD-Ready)
-Barrier -free conversion and "upgrading" of the traffic stations e.g. platform extensions, new weather protection houses, new path control systems etc.
- Stubben, Bremerhaven and Speckenbuettel must be equipped with ESTW technology
- The overhead line between Bremen Burg - Bremen Osterholz (km 133.6 to 143.4) and Oldenbuettel - Luebberstedt (km 150.3 to 157.1) must be renewed
-The "four-year building rating promise" must be observed
