The subject of the present tenders are project control services for the construction of the North+ Comprehensive School in Kassel. The Hegelsberg School, located on the edge of the North Holland district, is to be given up to create a diverse school landscape, and directly at the Nordstadtparkan extended secondary area as a 6-day integrated comprehensive school with approx. 900 students and an affiliated 3-piece basic level in all day for approx. 300 pupils as a comprehensive school north+. The goal is to open an open, innovative place of learning and life in the districtCreate, which also includes a school and district library. The architecture of the new building shows the pedagogical requirements, areas and spatial organizational models defined in the Zero phase for an integrated comprehensive school.
