The turnkey construction of two sports halls at two different school locations in Hamm, including the necessary planning services (in particular for approval and execution planning).
GU awarded new building sports halls Johannesschule and Erich-Kastner-Schule
The Hamm.invest GmbH (Daughter of the city of Hamm), intends to build two identical simple sports halls for the city of Hamm. One sports hall is to be built at the location of the Johannes School in the Bockum-Hoevel district and the other sports hall at the location of the Erich Kastner School in the district of Heessen become. The design of the construction and structure of the simple sports halls is left to the contractor. The buildings are to be preserved with a green roof and built as an efficiency house 40. A guiding planning and draft for architecture (without building technology) is located before. The subject of the order is the turnkey and ready-to-use construction of the construction project (with associated outdoor facilities) including all the planning services that are still required for this (in particular the approval and execution planning).
