Description:
Delayable construction of three three -storey wooden frame buildings with a common arcade closure made of solid components for permanent use as refugee accommodation.
The gross floor area is approx. 3,050 m2, the gross space content approx. 11,600 m3.
The room program includes 2- and3-room apartments for approx. 97 living and an office unit for 5 workplaces, a lounge, technical and functional rooms.
The energetic standard goes beyond the requirements of the area (QP = 0.55 qp, reference building), for the components, given u-values must be met.
The client hands over an approved planning and guidelines for execution. The outer walls receive a preceded facade made of non -combustible facade panels. Foundations,Floor plates, as well as the design presented for the development accesses of the upper floors, are made of reinforced concrete, steel profiles. The stairs and development courses are covered and receive steel railings as well as shading and privacy elements in front of the residential units.
TheTechnical systems (KG 400) and the technical systems in the outdoor facilities (KG 550) are part of the performance to be provided. U. a. a usual sanitary and electrical installation must be carried out. The heating takes place via district heating, the hot water preparation is central. The...
