Description:
As part of a superordinate construction project, the city of Eschborn is planning to build a library, the new building of a town hall, the renovation and expansion of its town hall and the expansion of the inventory. In this context, the parking deck, parts of the town hall broken off with the library and the "hairdresser" existing building. The TGA development of the "Rewe" and "Pharmacy" existing building is currently located in the basement of the "Hairdresser" existing building. To the smooth operation of the existing buildings during and after the construction measures listed Preliminary construction measures such as the technical development of the existing buildings are required. As part of the new development of the existing buildings, the technical systems are shifted to the underground car park. The technical systems in particular concern the heat supply, electrical and telecommunications systems. For this, new technology rooms are being built in the underground car park: on the one hand for heat supply and on the other hand for electricity and telecommunications supply. Furthermore, media supply for gas, electricity and telecommunications for the "Rewe" building is re -opened.
