- The gwg wuppertal plans to outsource the management and implementation of the annual green maintenance and winter service work. For this it is particularly important to commission reliable and competent service providers so that personal injury and damage to property and tenant complaints can be prevented.
InThis work should be closely coordinated between gwg wuppertal and the companies to be involved, underpinned by a framework agreement, with clearly defined quality standards, comprehensible planning and compliance with winter service and green maintenance intervals as well as a price pauformwork.
