Description:
The city of Bielefeld intends to procure project control services regarding the scheduled total entrepreneur "Gymnasium at the Silk sticker campus - bound all -day school of the city of Bielefeld" by means of a competitive dialogue according to § 74 i. V. M. § 18 VGV. The services of theOn the one hand, project taxers should include consulting services in the course of the procurement process of the total entrepreneur allocation and, on the other hand, the project implementation phase is to be the subject. The city of Bielefeld is planning to build a new educational campus to the increasing demands on theto meet school infrastructure. This project includes the planning, construction and renovation as well as the turnkey handover of the school buildings with associated outdoor facilities on the so-called silk sticker area with an area of almost 20,000 m2 in Herford Strasse 182-194 in Bielefeld.The educational campus on the Seidensticker area is to be designed as a six- to seven-day school in secondary school I, with a four- to five-day high school and a support center for inclusion, taking into account the so-called Bielefeld model. Subject of the intendedTotal entrepreneurship is the planning, construction and renovation measures with regard to the four- to five-day high school. It is planned that the project tax to be commissioned to commission its technical and technical expertise both as part of the preparation and implementation of the award procedureto select a total entrepreneur (phase 1) to be commissioned later and after the total entrepreneur contract has been concluded until the bound all -day school is commissioned (phase 2). The commissioning of the project controller is generally gradually.
