Description:
The subject of this tender is the project management services for public infrastructure based on Section 2 AHO Issue No. 9 (as of May 2025) for the Baakenhoeft location in HafenCity. The opera building is not the subject of these services. These include the following key points: Activity of the project manager (PS):
-PS maintains an action schedule for the infrastructure, which is continuously coordinated and interwoven with a corresponding action schedule for the opera project.
-PS updates the framework schedule and the details of the control schedule, including interface milestones to the opera project. Creation of POH, updating PSP, creation of PM control instruments (MTA, KTA, status report, updating organizational chart), comparison with project goals.
-PS maintains an area planning plan for all area occupancy and construction logistics requirements on the Baakenhoeft (the opera project and the public infrastructure) in the construction phase.
-PS carries out the technical contract controlling with regard to the licensing agreement to be concluded with HSO Projekt gGmbH regarding the use of areas of the special fund as construction site facilities (e.g. checking and coordinating construction site logistics, extent of required construction site facilities, monitoring of land use, quality assurance of compaction, work space, shoring and dismantling, documentation of the surrounding infrastructure, etc.).
