• Description:
• The subject of this tender is the project management services of the public infrastructure based on Section 2 AHO Issue No. 9 (as of May 2025) for the street Am Moldauhafen (Appendix 1). These include the following key areas of activity of the project manager (PS): - PS maintains a schedule of measures for the infrastructure, which is continuously coordinated with a corresponding action schedule for the opera project. - PS updates the framework schedule and the details of the control schedule, including interface milestones. - PS carries out the technical contract controlling regarding Permission agreements to be concluded (e.g. with LSBG) regarding the use of areas as construction site furnishing areas (e.g. testing and coordination of construction site logistics, extent of required construction site furnishing areas, monitoring of land use, quality assurance of compaction, Work area, shoring, dismantling, documentation of the surrounding infrastructure, etc.). - PS controls the client's tasks: demolition and surface clearing, traffic and pipeline development, drainage - PS controls in accordance with the client's objectives and the cost framework, shows Predict changes and the need for action at an early stage using a change list and permanent updating of the networked schedule as a central means of control.
