Description:
In order to achieve the goals of the Hamburg climate plans in the residential building area, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) had the "feasibility study to achieve the climate protection goals in the area of residential buildings in Hamburg". The feasibility study recommends implementation modules, including the Central communication by the FHH, including To activate owners of residential buildings for energetic modernization. In 2023, a comprehensive communication strategy for the conveying of the funding offers for the climate -friendly renovation of living space and of Information and consulting instruments developed. This is intended to serve as the starting point for the strategic development and optimization of the campaign while maintaining the central campaign elements.
