- Hannoversche Informationstechnologie AoeR plans to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Section 21 VgV for the installation and operation of multifunctional devices (Lot 1). The operation of the document processing equipment is carried out by the contractor as part of a rental of the equipment in connection with a full service agreement. All system components are procured through individual rental agreements, which include the following basic services: a) Configuration, delivery and installation of workplace printers and multifunctional devices for printing, copying and scanning needs in accordance with. Minimum requirements, options and specifications of the points of need. b) Provision, installation, configuration and maintenance of the software components specified in the tender. For the devices, the contractor has the software required for operation in the network, including any licenses required for the required for the contractual use of the devices. Software sometimes has to be installed on several different servers because there are different points of need. c) Installation and configuration of new devices- d) Instruction of the respective IT administration of the respective Point of need in the configuration and function of the delivered devices and software. e) Creation of user-oriented short instructions for using the devices. f) Automated ordering and delivery of consumables to the addresses specified by the points of need. g) repair, Maintenance and support services for software and hardware as required. h) In the case of security gaps that need to be remedied with newer firmware, the equipment will be upgraded by the contractor after being commissioned by the client or the point of need. i) Provision of a customer portal for viewing current costs and processes. j) Dismantling, deletion and collection of the devices after the end of the individual call-off, in the event of device replacement due to impossible repairs
