• Voluntary ex-ante transparency announcement within the meaning of Section 135 Paragraph 3 GWB on the hardware and software exchange of system components in the control center of the Hamm fire department. The city of Hamm intends to accept the offer from WTG Leitstellentechnik GmbH, Wetmarstrasse6, 48653 Coesfeld and after aThe contract must be concluded on April 6th, 2024 at the earliest within a period of ten calendar days after the publication of this announcement.
  The city of Hamm accepts the tasks of fire protection, assistance, disaster control and rescue services as mandatory tasks to be fulfilled according to instructionstrue. According to the BHKG and RettG NRW, the city of Hamm is obliged to set up and maintain a control center (see BHKG §§ 4 Para. 4 in conjunction with § 3 Para. 7, 28 Para. 1 and RettG, § 7 Para. 1). The Hamm fire department's control center system for fire protection and rescue services was developed by the company WTG Leitstellentechnik GmbH was procured after an EU-wide tender and put into operation in 2011. In order to ensure reliable operation to protect the citizens of the city of Hamm, regular maintenance and repair of the hardware and care is requiredge of the software is required. For this purpose, corresponding maintenance and repair contracts as well as software maintenance contracts have since been concluded with WTG (most recently on January 1, 2023 with a contract term of 48 months).
