Mannheimer Parkhausbetriebe GmbH builds an access building to the main train station on Lindenhofplatz. This consists of a bicycle park area and commercial units. With the local award procedure, the necessary building sealing work, cast asphalt and soil coating work are intended be procured.

Mannheimer Parkhausbetriebe GmbH is building a new construction of an access building on the south side of the Mannheim Central Station On the federal road, south tangent B36. The building serves as an access for the Lindenhof underpass to the train station. On the upper floor is a Bicycle parking house With 300 parking spaces and on the ground floor or on the basement, 3 smaller commercial units are planned. The building is about 90m long and 13m wide.
