Description:
Mannheimer Parkhausbetriebe GmbH builds an access building to the main train station on Lindenhofplatz. This consists of a bicycle park area, public traffic areas and commercial units. The tiles and screed work should be procured with the local award procedure. This include:
- Prepare 475 m2 underground, wall and floor
- 50 m2 area sealing W2-i, floor
-65 m2 2K-PU seal W3-I floor area
- 30 m drainage channels, NW100
- 180 m2 ct screed, d = 70mm
- 250 m2 CT gradient compound
- 375 m2 floor tiles, porcelain stoneware
- 60 m2 wall tiles, Porcelain stoneware
- 40 m2 large staircase with angle tiles and drainage structure
- 35 m2 tiles, tactile control system

The building must as access for the Lindenhof underpass to the train station. On the upper floor there is a bicycle parking house with 580 parking spaces and on the ground floor or on the basement are 3
smaller commercial units provided. The building is about 90m long and 13m wide. The height from the upper edge is approx. 8m.
The Up to 4m goes down to the cellar.
