- Pollution remediation and dismantling Before the mineral building structure is dismantled, extensive gutting and pollutant remediation must be carried out. Property in an old town location, restrictions on access, parking and storage spaces and Way of working. Remediation work for harmful substances (including asbestos, KMF, PAH) on approx. 3,500 m² of projected floor space spread over 5 buildings. Hazardous waste to be disposed of approximately: 25 tons of asbestos, 15 t containing KMF, 1 t containing PAHs, 80 t AIV waste wood, 0.2 t pigeon droppings. Not hazardous waste to be disposed of approx. 350 t. Complete dismantling of BRI approx. 2,250 m³. Mineral building material to be crushed and installed approx. 200 m³.
