Description: The client intends to reuse the stock building "Haus Maple" (in the future "Service 3") on the grounds of the Senior and Disabled Center in Cologne-Riehl. The object used as a nursing home until January 2017 is to be redesigned and creating premises for doctors, physio departments, fitness studio and management of SBK.
The building will also be visited in the future in areas of senior citizens and people with disabilities and must therefore be accessible barrier-free.
Special emphasis is placed in this context for creating a barrier-free central, well-found main entrance. The gym and parts of the rooms for doctors should be accommodated in the EC (possibly also UG) and in the 1st floor, taking into account DIN 18040 Part 1, the physiotherapy practice in the 2nd floor. The administrative rooms should be accommodated in the residual surfaces of the 2nd and 3rd floor.
