- The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in North Rhine (KVNO) strives to build a digital health control system, which centralizes and optimizes the control of patient care - starting - in acute situations. As a central interoperable, the platform is intended toConnect actors and structures along the patient supply to each other in order to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain. The platform is intended to optimize patient control, so that patients are targeted and follow -up depending on the urgency and care needsto the appropriate level of care (e.g. video consultation, general practitioner emergency service, specialist, emergency room).
