Monthly premiums for those to be insured (as of January 1, 2024) meet: 1.1. Check-ups/preventive measures 1.2. Frequently required services 1.3. Additional core services 1.4. Medical evacuation and repatriation 1.5. Mental health etcd Substance abuse/neurobiological disorders 1.6. Pharmacy services 1.7. Services in the field of ophthalmology should be insured for employees of the Goethe-Institut USA who work a minimum of 30 hours per working week. Family members to be co-insuredEmployees include: spouses, life partners and children up to the age of 26. The annual insurance premium may not exceed a total price of $280,000.00.
