- The contractor carries out health measures for the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) on the topics of exercise, nutrition and stress management. This includes health measures in the form of health modules as individual coaching as well as workshops/active breaks and seminars. The health measures ware carried out nationwide as part of health days for TK's corporate customers in person as well as digitally or hybridly and take place on the premises of the corporate customers or in a mobile outdoor version provided by the contractor. Furthermore, the contractor provides meYour tools/software or functions of software are available in an infrastructure operated by the contractor: a booking tool, a practice portal and corporate customer platforms. The overall performance is divided into the following lotsdivided: Lot 1: North Lot 2: South For each contract year, TK is expected to carry out around 1500 health days with face-to-face or hybrid health measures and around 250 health days with digital health measures per lot, as well as the creation of around 25 corporate customersnplatforms. Outside of a health day, the TK will probably commission the implementation of a digital 60-minute seminar approximately 175 times per lot and the implementation of a workshop/active break as individual measures approximately 100 times.
