Description:
Darmstadt intends a new construction of a main fire station for the professional fire brigade. For the new guard, a plot of land is available at the northwestern entrance to Darmstadt, at the end of the B42, directly southwest of the Grafenhauser Strasse/Pfnorstrasse partial hub. The property has oneArea of approx. 30,317 m2 and a terrain height of approx. 121.7Muenn up to 123.7 muenn. In the preparation of the construction work, the channel routes crossing the construction site are relocated or renovated. The sewer DN 1500, which crosses the property, is through a new channel with a rectangular cross -section (RE2500x1000) replaced. A wastewater heat exchanger system with a length of 2 x 40m is installed in this new channel. This system extracts thermal energy from the waste water and thus increases the efficiency of the heat pump systems. This heat exchanger route with planning, production and installation of the heat exchangersIn a new channel section is part of the tender. The concrete channel is treated in a separate tender and is to be built directly before installing the heat exchanger system. The heat exchangers are installed by an integration opening in the lid of the channel with a sizeof 2.5 x 2.5 m.
