Description:
The subject of the tender is services for the coordination and implementation of planning services, construction services and the operation of the corresponding heat supply systems and necessary infrastructure and buildings, including financing all services. The new heat supply is intended for the supply area of AWG Frohe Zukunft eG in Zeulenroda-Triebes, which today has its own contracting (natural gas-fired heat generation system (heat consumption approx. 31 MWh/a) and AWG). Heating oil boiler systems (heating oil consumption of approx. 2,250 MWh/a) are supplied with heat. From January 1, 2027, the contractor must provide a heat supply quantity that guarantees at least the above-mentioned heating oil-based heat supply. The Heat supply should take place over a period of 15 years. District heating (CPV code: 09323000)
