Description:
The contractor plans, builds, finances and operates the pension systems on his own account and responsibility and supplies the client with the aforementioned media according to the specifications of this tender and the heat delivery contract on which this tender is based (appendix). The contractor the operating management and maintenance (inspection, maintenance and repair in accordance with DIN 31051) as well as all other services necessary to fulfill the supply task (fault service, chimney sweep, fuel and auxiliary material supply). The framework conditions and interfaces The supply task is described in detail in the list of services. The main offer includes the supply of the Jacobstrasse 25 - 28 object from 01.11.2025 to October 31, 2035. For the side offers, the supply period extends over 15 years and ends for the object Jacobstrasse 25 - 28 on October 31, 2040. The object to be supplied is a pure residential building. It is up to the contractor to find solutions here that create an optimization of the investment and thus an economic offer for the client.
