General description
New construction of a daycare center with a total of 8 group rooms, as well as kitchen, dining, staff and multi-purpose rooms.
Gross floor area (R+S): approx. 1,988 m2
Floors: partial basement, ground floor, upper floor, top floor as a staggered floor

The building's heat is supplied via a cascaded heat pump system, consisting of air-water and brine-water heat pumps. A geothermal system with a total of 7 geothermal probes serves as the heat source for the brine-water heat pump.
In the summer months, the geothermal system also supplies 2 partial air conditioning systems for passive cooling of the building.
The building is largely heated via surface heating (underfloor heating). The basement has compact radiators.
The heat distribution network uses a press fitting system made of low-alloy stainless steel.
