Description:
As part of the “Old Casino” construction project in Melsungen described in the building description, the building's heat supply system is being rebuilt. The heat supply system including heat generation, heat distribution, static heating surfaces and underfloor heating will be completely rebuilt as part of the construction project. Existing heating systems or cable routing are not available and will no longer be used. The heat supply system is used for central heating of the building as well as partial heating Room cooling in summer operation. The system must be delivered, assembled, controlled and put into operation completely ready for operation. The performance includes 1 piece of heat pump cascade with 130 kW total output, 8 pieces. High-efficiency pumps, approx. 1,380 running meters Stainless steel pipeline up to DN 80, approx. 25 pieces, tube radiators, approx. 700 m² underfloor heating including accessories, 4 pieces. Fan coils, approx. 1,380 pieces of thermal insulation for heating and cooling pipes, approx. 96 pieces of fire protection pipe bushings for heating pipes up to DN 50, Seal approx. 14 wall/ceiling openings with fire protection mortar.
