The heating and cooling systems include the heating and cooling distribution network from the district heating connection and the geothermal connection including all standard installations (heating/cooling ceilings, convectors, heating walls, air conditioning connections, etc.). The system includes a brine-water heat pump for heating and cooling. The heating load determined is approx. 125 kW, the cooling load approx. 115 kW.
